Our team undertook the PM role to oversee the substantial renovations of the existing Chittaway Bay Tavern for the Laundy Hotel group.

The works included comprehensive upgrades to the dining, gaming, bar, and beer garden areas requiring coordination of the project design and management of the contractor on site.

This project was also executed in a live environment, necessitating meticulous coordination and careful planning. Despite the tight timelines, we were successful in delivering the project as planned.

The renovation has since received commendable feedback from the hotel staff and the local community, demonstrating our excellence in project execution and management.
