We have worked with a vast array of Project Managers and have found Rhys to be exceptional. Unlike many; Asentia takes the time to understand a project. They carefully consider the design and construction complexities; allowing for a more considered response to the project management and in turn improved outcomes for the project.

We worked with Rhys & Asentia as our Project Manager for the refurbishment of the Chittaway Bay Tavern, The project was complex and required careful planning and management of the design & staging as well as communication with hotel staff throughout as we maintained a live trading environment for our patrons. Rhys was able to manage these components exceptionally well coordinating the design, resolving issues and streamlining our contractors on site, saving us a great deal of time and costs while also getting the new areas open to the public ahead of schedule. The refurbishment has been a huge success and we are delighted with the result. We would recommend using Rhys & Asentia on any similar projects in the future.
